We are now accepting requests to volunteer at the 2025 Western States 100-Mile Endurance Run on June 28-29, 2025 and at the training runs over Memorial Day weekend May 24-26, 2025.
Volunteering for the race is a big commitment, often involving a 6-8 hour work shift plus driving time. Most assignments are at least a 30-minute drive from Auburn, and may involve a graveyard shift (e.g. 11pm-6am). We are very grateful for our dedicated volunteers but also understand that not everyone can make this full commitment. If you are still able and willing to volunteer, please fill out the form below with your contact information and preferences. We will do our best to find a place for you to contribute that best fits your wishes and the race’s needs. Please be patient with our response. We often do not know until May and June where our volunteers are most needed.
NOTE: If you know exactly where you want to volunteer and know the person in charge of that aid station or function, please contact them directly. You DO NOT need to fill out this form.
