Communication Volunteer Form

Added:

We are now accepting requests to volunteer at the 2022 Western States 100-Mile Endurance Run. Volunteering for the race is a big commitment, often involving a 6-8 hour work shift plus driving time. Most assignments are at least a 30-minute drive from Auburn, and may involve a graveyard shift (e.g. 11pm-6am). We are very grateful for our dedicated volunteers but also understand that not everyone can make this full commitment. If you are still able and willing to volunteer, please fill out the form below with your contact information and preferences. We will do our best to find a place for you to contribute that best fits your wishes and the race’s needs. Please be patient with our response. We often do not know until May and June where our volunteers are most needed.

The information you submit is kept confidential by the communications coordinator. The only information that will appear on this web site or any other place is your name (and if licensed, your call) on the schedule pages.

E-Mail addresses, phone numbers, and all the other information you provide remains private.

For the few of you who may be assigned to a location with wireless phone coverage, we may ask your permission to include your mobile phone # on the master contact sheet for use by the Event Control personnel. Such places are rare, however, and you are also free to decline our request.
